What size is a finished puzzle?
20.5 × 15 inches (52 × 38 cm). Every AIDUOTEK puzzle is 500 pieces and the same finished size.
How thick are the pieces?
2.1–2.2 mm board. Pieces are die-cut with tight tolerances, so they interlock firmly and the finished puzzle can be lifted carefully as one sheet.
Is there a picture to work from?
Yes. Every box includes an A4 reference poster of the full artwork, plus the box lid.
Do the pieces have letters or sections on the back?
No. The backs are plain. Our puzzles are made for adults who want the picture to be the only guide.
Where do I pay?

How fast is delivery?
Amazon shows the exact delivery date before you pay. Most puzzles ship from our studio by tracked express within 2 business days; some ship from Amazon warehouses in the U.S.
A piece is missing or damaged. What now?
Email us with your order number and a photo. We will send a replacement puzzle or refund you. You do not need to send anything back.
Can I return a puzzle?
Yes, through Amazon's returns center, under Amazon's return policy. For a missing or damaged piece, write to us and we replace it.
Are these the same puzzles sold on Amazon?
Yes. Same artwork, same board, same price. Buying here lets us say thank you with early access to new releases.
What age are these for?
Ages 14 and up. The pieces are standard size; the challenge is in the detail, not tiny pieces.
Do you make 1000-piece puzzles?
Yes, as a two-pack on Amazon: two complementary 1000-piece scenes in one order. They are not on this site yet; sign up below and you will hear when they land here.
