Missing or damaged piece

Email us with your order number and a photo. We will ship a replacement puzzle at no cost, or refund you if you prefer. Nothing needs to be sent back.

All orders are placed on Amazon, so returns and refunds go through Amazon's returns center under Amazon's return policy.
